What makes this tap special? Its reliability and maximum flexibility!

The new special ball valve from Pister combines the advantages of a two-way ball valve with a switching function. Conventional switching valves (BK3) usually have a middle connection that can be pressurized and switches the medium (hydraulic oil) to the left or right for the respective function. Due to the design, the pressure on the shut-off side must not be higher than on the inlet side, otherwise the valve will open and become "leaky". Special sealing systems can prevent this, but are then susceptible to pulsations (e.g. all-round sealing system). The switch valve is a combination of two 2-way ball valves in one block, which are switched against each other at the same time using gearing. Permanently tight and absolutely pulsation-proof.

The block design has a total of five connections. Three for the inlet, distributed over three sides, and the two outlets for the hydraulic functions parallel to each other on the fourth side. All five connections can be individually equipped. A wide range of hose and pipe connections are available to choose from, so that hoses, pipes and couplings can be connected directly without the need for adapters.

As standard, the tap is equipped with G1/2" IG nozzles for the inlet, screw plugs for the optional side ports and G1/2" IG nozzles for the two hydraulic functions. The screw plugs can also be moved to ensure the ideal hose and pipe routing. All connections can also be changed later. The circuit diagram itself can also be changed, for example by moving the handle. Absolute freedom!

The valve is delivered without handles as standard. These are available separately in various designs. The diverter ball valve (WKH) is only available in nominal size DN13 for compact machines up to approx. 9t.
